Chuck brings over 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry, with a proven track record in operations, project delivery, and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Chuck has played a pivotal role in evaluating and assessing the growth potential of hundreds of firms, leading to numerous successful acquisitions. He has been directly involved in securing, managing and delivering complex projects with individual values reaching up to $1 billion.

Throughout his career Chuck has also been the Owner-in Charge of departments that have all won national awards for excellence, the departments have focused on Business Development, Marketing, Graphics, Branding, Firm Operations and Leadership Development.

Chuck also has a passion for giving back and has been involved over the years with many non-profit organizations centered around community development. His volunteer work has seen him work with over 15 different organizations during his career and has taken him throughout North America. These efforts have exposed him to hundreds of best practices in the development of thriving communities and companies.
