Hi, my name is Joshua, but I prefer to be called “Jr.”

I am 17 years old and currently enrolled in an online school, where I focus on developing skills within the education system.

I was drawn to this internship because of KozPure’s mission and its focus on commercial real estate and creating job opportunities for the public. I believe working here will provide me with invaluable real-world experience and allow me to learn from professionals who have already achieved success in this field.

My ultimate career goal is to become a successful young entrepreneur. Whether by starting my own company or gaining a deep understanding of how businesses operate, I am eager to learn about the structure and intricacies of a business model like KozPure’s. This internship presents the perfect opportunity to gain insights from industry experts, develop relevant skills, and acquire hands-on experience to move closer to achieving my ambitions.

A fun fact about me is that I am a very fast runner. I ran track in the past and thoroughly enjoyed it—it was not only a sport but also a way to clear my mind and reset.

My favorite quote is, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” – Jim Rohn. This quote reminds me of the importance of surrounding myself with driven and inspiring individuals.

Outside of school and work, I enjoy playing basketball, learning about stocks and cryptocurrency, and occasionally diving into a good book.

By the end of this internship, I hope to have gained valuable knowledge in this field, learned skills that set me apart, built meaningful connections, and worked alongside people who are dedicated to achieving their goals.

In five years, I see myself graduating from college, Most Likely Sacramento State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance, running my own business, making smart financial decisions, and investing in stocks, cryptocurrency, and emerging companies.
