Charanjeet “Charlie” Kaur Tiwana, Vice President at New Faze Development, oversees a diverse portfolio of residential projects in northern California, including single-family dwellings, high-density housing, mixed-use developments, and medical facilities. She manages acquisitions, project entitlements, and land development, leading teams of construction, project management, architects, engineers, environmental scientists, and attorneys to address development challenges. Her most significant accomplishment is leading the approval and development of the Advanced Healthcare of Elk Grove, a $28 million, 60-bed facility currently under construction, with adjoining parcels planned for supportive medical services to meet growing community demand. Charlie gives back through volunteering and organizing fundraising events like celebrity golf tournaments, supporting nonprofits such as Stanford Settlement Neighborhood Center and the American Red Cross.
